  • i could not work out to music like that lol

i personally have to have some trance or slow beat techno going? any1else here is the same way n has to have a certain kind of music going to get the most out of their work out or is that jus me? lol

n i dont think the dude in the bg was hating, i think he was jus trying to figure out why some1 is in the gym video taping a dude doing sit ups, LOL!

  • LOL..some people even like to workout to country music..can you imagine. The young man who is watching is a friend of the fellow doing the situps. I talked him into letting me do the video tape. He loved it

  • arent you supposed to have the medicine ball closer to your body? if u just place it over your legs the weight isnt effective on your abs. just wondering

  • Actually the farther the ball is away from your body the harder this exercise is. In fact, try it with the ball over your head! It's awesome. Also the decline itself provides a lot of resistance. Have fun when you exercise and keep working out.

  • that guy in the background is hatin...badly

  • Yes.. I think you're right. He's only 13 and is the boy who is exercising's friend.

  • you will get a better result if you hold the medicine ball behind your head

  • you need to hold the ball to your chest and keep it there and to challenge your abs press the ball straight up, and to remove the hip flexors point your toes forward and you wont beble to engace them as much... enjoy your workout

  • I agree. Plus the way that you're doing em, your lifting the weight with your arms just a couple inches towards the end. It's not good for anything that way besides giving your hips a little extra inertia.

  • i think he should be doing it a little slower, most pepole forget that in weight training

  • thanks
