UFO?- Unknown beaming light from the sky

My cousin and I have seen something like this while we we're driving back home. We could'nt record it because it has disappeard quickly but this animation is something like what we saw. My bro and I were out, watching for stuff since it was a clear night, and saw this. We got freaked out, because we didn't know what it was. Our neighborhood is RIGHT UNDER a flight line pattern, but it looked NOTHING like a plane. We've seen too many of them to tell if it is or not. We dunno what it was, but i'm in OH right now.

one more in NJ somerset. It was very bright..The light was fading out slowly, but left some shinny smoke? Anyway, the light was still up there for a min or two
