I have a question... can you please answer it?
I'm not exactly... a grown up, but I think I can manage doing this, right?
What do I need to start? (I mean to do basicly anything) I know probably chalk... clay (air dry? What do you think is best) and some type of glue ((can you say which one.. its name and where you can get it?)0
If you answer, thanks xD!

@hihihi022 Yes, you can manage it. Air dry clay dries quickly, so I stick with regular oven-bake polymer clay. Get some clay, some chalk/ chalky make-up, and go for it! Glue? I seal it with Triple Thick glaze. It's air dry and you put it on after it's baked and cooled.
