I find it ironic that in this clip, they wanted to show that Rocky was training "naturally", using bodyweight exercises, and doing more "natural" movements such as chopping wood vs. using weightlifting equipment. They also show the Russian using steroids, while Balboa just trains naturally. However, in real life, Stallone is the one who is using the PEDs!

Just be an animal like Jack Lalanne! No drugs - just pure hard work over decades and decades.
