  • you don't draw only girls

  • @pyrus2009 LOL. ;-)

  • It's very interesting to notice that the picture looks very good at any stage of the painting. You could have stopped the drawing at any time, it would always look amazing. The unfinished looks and sketchy are very appealing to me too. Congratulations.

  • @smokemagnet Thanks, I love the loose and sketchy look very much too. ;-)

  • great tutorial! I loved the track you chose for it! :)

  • @ceridwengwyon thx, no prob. This one is really old, there are better ones on my channel with narration. ;-)

  • @mgmga1 You are making it too complicated with layers and technical issues. Focus on value (light and dark). Be honest and trust your eye because your brain will tell you otherwise. Draw what you see, not what you think the object should look like.

I don't think this is true. How do you wanna finish a painting when you don't even know the basics. And to get the basics you have to master them through speedpaintings for example. sure from time to time a finished drawing is good, but only through loose sketches you learn faster about your mistakes. this advice comes not from me but from Craig Mullins.

  • the way you colour the picture is pretty hard, i always thought it was possible to create a grayscale picture and just balance out the colours afterwards
