Magic Landing - El Paso, Texas

The now-defunct Magic Landing amusement park located in El Paso, TX during its last full season. The park opened in '84 and closed in '88 mid-season due to problems stemming from a fatality accident.

As a kid, I preferred Magic Landing over Western Playland and was sad when Magic Landing closed its doors.

After finding no available video online from Magic Landing during operation and learning of a cult internet interest, I have decided to share my video with the world.

The Enterprise
The Bumper Car Arena
The Paddle Boats (briefly)
The Rainbow (the one that most people remember)

Please excuse the video quality as the VHS is from 1987 filmed with an autofocus camera with an onboard omni-directional mic.

The video was heavily edited as most of the footage was somewhat redundant. Moreover, some very personal and none of your beeswax.

I hope everyone that has fond memories of Magic Landing enjoys this.
