Our cameras follow NY Giants Martellus Bennett through a full workout with his trainer at Velocity Sports Performance in NJ. Marty talks with us about the media's perception of him and his weight, and why they're wrong.

    His breathing is hard, ok. Look at the cuts in the video, the chances are they cut exercises out. He is not in the greatest shape, but he is still in better shape than other athletes. A lot of the exercises are aerobic exercises, which means he should be breathing harder because he is working harder... Also you're supposed to breath harder when your pushing from your body for a more explosive push, ex. Bench press, breath in while the weight is coming down, breath out hard pushing up...

    Sweating doesn't mean out of shape... It means you're body is effective at cooling itself.
