The McMaster University Medical Acupuncture Program: An Evidence-Based Approach is conducted at the Michael G. DeGroote School of Medicine, McMaster University. This program utilizes the most current evidence from clinical trials, and systematic reviews for point selections and applications. Point locations are taught in anatomy labs, through illustrations in small group demonstrations and practice. The acupuncture courses are designed specifically for the needs of Health Care Professionals who are seeking to advance their scientific evidence based knowledge of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

So what now, just because acupuncture doesn't have neither of the effects claimed by it's practitioners we have to be politically correct and invent a stupid university training program in which western scientifically literate doctors should waist their time studying what came out of the studies as minor statistical benefits with no physiological explanation?! The horror!

Why would the university that gave rise to the modern evidence-based practice of medicine want to invest energy into something this big of a scam?! I wonder what David L. Sackett thinks about this... "traditional Chinese" (?!) practice!..
