This was all simply each state's intentional misuse of Biblical teachings for it's own political gain and power. Certainly not 'Christian', and it would even be a stretch to call this 'Catholic' history for the aforementioned point.

JESUS MARY AND JOSEPH! yall need to open your eyes and see what is happening. i'm looking at all these comments by Muslims Christians and Jews! Don't you all see that EVIL or whatever force is behind this all this suffering and death, has infiltrated our churches, synagog and mosques? all this name calling and blame only reconfirms that it's winning. Definitely CATHOLIC CHURCH, not "Christian." Many Protestants were tortured by the Church, and they were Christian.

@gthbf1 "As for Israel, God gave that land to Abram and his children a long time ago" I thought the Children of Abraham were the Children of Promise, ACCORDING TO PAUL in the NEW TESTAMENT, but if you are saying that the Physical descendants are the BIGGER HEIRS to the Promise, then I suppose ISHMAEL was the FIRST BORN, so PHYSICALLY he inherits the land of Abraham OVER Issac. I don't think the New Testament gives you room to pledge undying loyalty to the "synagogue of Satan".

@gthbf1 So if you support the State of Israel it goes to show you how "Christian" you really are, that would mean that you pledge undying loyalty to "the synagogue of Satan" Rev.2:9,3:9, to "the ones who crucified Christ and PLEASE NOT GOD" 2 Thess. 2:15 to "the Children of your father the Devil" John 8:44, to the crowd that yelled "crucify him, crucify him" and "his blood be upon us and our Children" and who call Jesus a bastard and SOB, and YOU support THEM, even when they kill CHRISTIANS.
