  • Thanx for posting this vid, very informative and definitely an eye opener.

  • Already in 1977 there were studies published where bad nutrition was direcly linked with mental instability.

    And these are STATISTICS, not some random company funded bs studies. And the numbers are huge...almost always over 50% at times.

  • How are they so weak? Do you expect him to go into extreme depth on all the details of the social experiments? It's called "social science" and it seems to me to make plenty of sense

  • I believe that nutrition and lifestyle is paramount to feelings of well-being and good behavior, but the connections between the various claims are soooo weak, I don't even want to call it science.
