Ada yang tau cara Membuat AYAM GORENG LALAPAN ?
-
yg bener aja cing masa masakan indonesia musiknya alentejano
-
it would be better if you substitute water with coconut water, and use alot of oil when frying, so use a deep frying technique. the taste would be 1000 times more delicious. Good Luck! ^^

Well why not putting some traditional Indonesian music? And another small but significant thing, maybe you can try to position the camera from another angle, so that our view is not obstructed by your hand AND we can see clearly the amount of ingredient in the spoon. Makasiiiih :D

@nicmobass : At that time i dis not have any indonesian tradional music so that's why all audience have to suffer listening to this beautiful music instead. Regarding camera position, the space in my kitchen is limited, not much room for a giant old tripod so pls pardon the hands :p. Anyhoo, since you have many great ideas, why dont you just make one cooking video for us for a start, i bet your video would be so much better than mine :)

First, beautiful music, just gorgeous! adds to the flavor =))
Second, can I skip the frying part, or just pan fry them in a very thin coat of oil, like for a stir fry? It looks so tasty, but I want to avoid really fried food for my health.

@MissJessyeNorman : Yes you can do that, i did oven fried many time. I even dont bother to put any oil and the chicken still comes out crispy.

I'm a student in a rent house who's trying to save some cashhh and so your videos really help.
it really seems to be easy but after following all the steps on the video, it turned out that my fried chicken sadly taste blunt plain. i did boil the chicken for at least 15 minutes before putting it on the fryer. I can smell the diffusing aroma, but it doesn't taste well. Do you have any ideas where I could have done wrong?
Would you recommend baking the chicken or marinating it before boiling?

@thebeatles037 : Im boiling my chicken in low heat, to make sure all spice is well absorbed. About 1hr. And then i cool down the chicken before deep frying or oven grilled.
If u find this recipe taste bland, i suggest to brine them first : water, salt n spices - mix all together, add chicken, leave it for 3 hr.
I cant give you exact brine recipes as i often did it without measuring and using whatever i have in the kitchen. If u decide 2 brine pls adjust salt you use in the recipes accordingly.
