robert and simon just proving they were about to conqure the world. going out and playing a song that really wasn't complete yet and playing it like it is already a classic. at this point the band knew what they would be doing for the next 3 decades.

Incredible, I never knew this song had an original "coked-up" version. No offense to the boys as they are GODS, but this version is much faster compared to the "LSD" version and video we are used to...and look at Robert right around 3:40-4:00 minutes. He is actually having a guitar/coke/orgasm.....probably seeing colors come out of the guitar.
