ive seen those and the mighty booshe and look around you. they were all bordering on only slightly funny. But Extras is one of the top ten shows of all time.

@BassHeadsProduction What have you seen? I recommend The Office, Peep Show, IT Crowd, Spaced, Snuff Box, Garth Marenghi's Darkplace, and of course this one.

@phubans what are you talking about? Most British sitcoms are terrible.. that's the entire point. Yeah Gervais is a comedic genius... but he's making fun of how bad most British comedies are. Most tv on English is not funny unless Gervais is involved.

It's beyond me how British comedies can be as good as they are, but if there's one thing the Brits have perfected, it is without a doubt their comedy.
