MASweb Engineer Lite Tutorial

We've made this screen capture video showing you how engineers can take a system out of service themselves using MASweb Engineer Lite. The video's only three and a half minutes long, very easy to follow and shows just how simple the process is.

Using MASweb Engineer Lite instead of ringing in to take a system out of service not only speeds up the process and puts the engineer in the driving seat, it also frees up our staff - all part of our Work Smarter initiative to help to keep your costs down.
