A school bus that suddenly stopped to avoid hitting a dog in the road was rear-ended by another school bus Tuesday afternoon in Kansas City. Three students sustained minor injuries in the 2:45 p.m. crash on Van Brunt Boulevard at 16th Street. Both buses were nearly full of students from East High School, police said. A male student sustained a bloody nose, a girl complained of neck pain and a boy said his forearm hurt. (March 25, 2014 Video by Monty Davis | The Kansas City Star)
