I use to doubt my self a lot when I was younger. Like this one time I use to like this girl and she would ask me do I like her, but I thought it was a joke or something. (I know I use to think a lot) When I finally told her I like her, she and her mom moved to Hati. Now this is why I am changed with not talking/doubting my self.

Most people become self concious and start to self hate when they compare their self's to what they see on TV and everybody they see..everybody has flaws..I mean nobody got the choice to pick what they wanted to look like before they was born.
When you doubt your self others will start to doubt you too.
