I made Nathaniel look like he really is a grey warden to fit the lore of Dragon Age with along with the tattoo and the Regalia of Weisshaupt (rogue) too.

How do you get this quest?

Nathaniel was my favorite companion in the Awekening. Good he can return in DA2. If I could, I'd make him new Warden Commander, because only he suits this position from the companions.

@ZergInfestedChrist There is a bug where if you complete the Fool's Gold quest in Act 2 this quest gets locked. So you either skip Fool's Gold or if you're in PC you can use the dev console to activate the plot flag.
