LifeGuard medical services flies out our critical patient from a one vehicle rollover in Memorial Park, AZ.
Patient was unrestrained driver of a car. Partially ejected out the front drivers side window. Respirations were shallow and under 30. Depressed vital signs. Crepitus felt in the frontal lobe of the skull.
After rapid sequence intubation done inside our ground ambulance, patient was flown to Flagstaff, AZ.
