I love ESP guitars, I've been playing an Ibanez for years now because that's just what I've had but I Definitely miss my ESP guitar. It was a 7 string, I can just remember the quality. I'd rade in my Ibanez for an ESP any day you have to work with what you've got.

@believer06 oh yeah...he knew how to play great music with solos but not specifically Megadeth stuff. lol Dave was damn pissed off though ROFL

@metallicatriviumPwN Bolt on necks can be shimmed if needed, to lower action.

@ElvisBluntman777 He could play, he just didnt know the material. To save time, he hired a teacher (an MIT grad by the name of Jeff Young) to learn all Chris Poland's parts for him then teach them to him. Also to write and record his parts for him on So good so far so what then teach them to him. Not sure why he took this route instead of doing it himself. It's not like he's never recorded in the studio and toured with a big band b4. He was in a great band called Malice.

i believe this is the same guy that mindfucked junior and mustaine back in the day when the first time they had to rehearse and he admitted that he didnt know how to play solos lol

Jay is a really cool dude. I saw him with Metal Church afew years back and he took the time to talk a bit with me and autographed my Malice CD. Guys totally cool.

I'm playing in an ESP LTD bass that my bass teacher is letting me use while mine is being worked on. When I buy another bass, it's gonna be an ESP. (this sounds like someone from the company is having an employee make a post about it. lol)
