City of Richland - 1st Yard Waste Collection P.1 - Heil CP Python

Today was the 1st day for my neighborhoods Yard waste collection here in Richland, WA. The driver is friendly and doesn't seem to mind me being around, he is the guy who usually does the trash in my neighborhood. They had 3 trucks working on this area today as usually they only have 1, but they have 2 guys doing trash and this guy doing the yard waste with this truck. Any how this driver is friendly and nice to film, was hard to keep up as not everyone had out their toters so some stops where far apart.

Truck is a Peterbilt 320 with a Heil CP Python

Never seen a CP on the job before, nice to see a different arm on the RR body too. Really not keen on these Python lifters; too complicated and look all wobbly, very squeaky this one as well! Nice footage anyway! Interesting how the hopper is enclosed more on the streetside - looks massive from that side! Also when you said 1st yardwaste collection, do you mean it has just been introduced?

@MitchellM15 haha yeah I think these trucks are awesome.:) I like the python arms somewhat but this one is pretty squeaky as you said.lol and yes the yard waste has just been introduced.:)

@3amrepmike3 @3amrepmike3 oh hell yeah dude that would be sick, Bryn and I were actually talking about that lol a curotto would be super sick on that, I haven't been there for a long time but I'm sure there is still the standard tipper on it.

@TriCitiesTrash Yea there is very little footage like you said and all of it is older footage so a lot of the quality is a little down compared to now. Well good luck getting those Heil PODs! Id love to see them. They have cart tippers ya? How badass would it be to see a curotto on one! Ive always wanted to see that HAHA!

@3amrepmike3 yeah thats what sucks not much variety there anymore, I love how where Bryn and I live there is a pretty decent variety as of right now lol. pretty decent area. I hope to get to the seattle area to get some footage of a Heil POD.

@TriCitiesTrash Lol yea amreps are badass. But there EVERYWHERE NOW IN SO CAL! tooooo many. And there all slow as hell new ellipticals mounted on an autocar ACX. LA is the only fun place to see amreps it seems. And La Habra has a few fast WM ellipticals on Pete 320s. I have yet to see a Python arm in person but the nearest one is about an hour from me so I should be able to soon! So Cal is loosing all the good variety in trucks and carts now.....
