Would have been helpful it he told us how long and how hot to roast the beets. This video sort of misses the mark; almost anyone can assemble a salad. Would have been better if he told us HOW to prepare the foods (dressing too)!
I really like beets. Anyway you serve them. I like this style very much.
But do you know how to use them in a Russian exceuse spelling Bourshque. It is one way I haven't eaten beets. Do want to try this way first. Thanks for the series.
