Merry Christmas to a good guy (Jeff) who contributes a lot of his time to youtube and entertaining us all. He is also a generous spirited person as shown by his yearly donations.. last year he sold my Hiker..(donating a portion to charity) This year if he sells this knife I'll Kill him with Hot-Sauce.. The Recipe: Low Fat High Carb Easy Meal.
Get a deep microwave safe bowl.
Put all the potato in first, then the mushroom and ginger,
then place the tomatoes on top.
sprinkle a small amount of aromatic roasted fennel seed and then a nice coating of toasted seasame. Pour 1-2 tablespoons of soysauce over it. Cover the bowel in gladwrap and poke a couple of holes in it. put in the microwave and cook for 3-4 minutes, or 1 Potato setting if your microwave has a potato speed button.

when finished the juices will drop and mix and blend leaving a nice semi soupy meal.

I will be traveling from California in the States to your neck of the woods for a couple of weeks (Dec 21-Jan 9) of tramping. Cutlerylovers account was hacked. The person then deleted the entire account including every video before closing the account outright. It's now back on because youtube and google probably deal with this more than we wanna know.
