Man, I'm sorry for not responding...I hardly get on YouTube.
My left hand kinda has it's own zip code. I don't plan the ghosts, they just happen. As for the speed, the Moeller technique for double strokes is the key. A note on the down stroke and another on the up stroke....kinda like Rabb's freehand technique, only no fulcrum on the rim
