Obama gets a free pass on this high gas price thing even though all past Presidents took grief from Americans and the media during their terms. Why is that? I think Obama wants the price of gas to keep going up so we all will buy that crappy over priced Chevy Volt.

The fact that he subsidizes green energy drives up the price of gas. The fact that he is killing the US coal industry is driving up the price of oil and intern, gas. The government doesn't keep prices low by subsidizing, it keeps prices low by not getting involved in anything. No true conservative would ever ask for the govt. to subsidize goods and set prices.
