Filmmaker Kevin Pina challenges the contemporary view of Haiti, revealing the hidden role of the 'international community' in Haitian politics. This provocative and lively film takes the viewer into parts of Haiti where few Western journalists dare to tread, and includes shocking footage of unreported human rights abuses, some which have been astonishingly conducted by UN forces. Pina's film stands out because it connects the tragic events in Haiti with what he assesses as foreign intervention designed to deter democracy. Learn the side of the Haiti coverage not seen in the corporate news media.

I´m a brazilian navy soldier, but not served in Haiti. We respect Haitians, we respect rights and United Nations agreements. We are not United States troops. We are Brazilians troops. This is the great diference. Haitians, we are with you. MINUSTAH forces of United Nations is from peace in world, is from peace in Haiti. God bless our men, brazilians and haitians.
Shame on the UN and on Brazil for enforcing the overthrow of the elected Lavallas Party government! The real bandits are not the 70% of the electorate who voted for Aristide. The real bandits are not the poor people struggling for democracy, sovereignty, and the basics of life! The real bandits are the US corporations and their comprador partners in crime, the Haitian elite who hate democracy! Shame on Brazil & all occupation forces! Get out of Haiti! Stop supporting the forces of evil!
What can american say about this documentary? the answer is: nothing! Look at what they've done to the Arab people... how hipocrates they are.. Without Brazil Haitians would be killing each other like they always did.. GOD save the brazilian forces in Haiti!
do you know the history or your country? or are you just one of those who call themselves "spanish"? who are your ancestors? are you a free country? what are you free from? you don't even know, do you? holding on to your false Identity and a false sense of pride.
Do all that is in your power to keep another nation's army OUT of Haiti. The UN backed by the U.S. are pressuring Mexican politicians into deploying Mexican soldiers for so-called "peacekeeping" missions into Haiti. This is HYPOCRISY! Let's keep our soldiers in our own countries! Expose the Truth and STOP this blatant globalist imperialism by war profiteers!
