Of course you should it is a great game.

If you take the sun and try to set people on fire with it, you'll probably inadvertently sink the whole planet in the star.

I find that Prototype 2 is slightly more refined than the first one. Abilities like being able to block stuff by pressing R1 and having two bioweapons at once, to me, make the game that much more versatile and fun.

22 euros ($30 in my country) sounds like a great deal if you're into this game. I personally don't really like it.
