Download David Keith Jones Mistress Mine using my channel link.
I developed this backing from a setting by Roger Quilter. Portraits include Henry Tudor at eighteen then in middle age, Anne Boleyn, Catherine Howard and Elizabeth Tudor.

  • David has sung in England for 40 years and his diction is crystal clear.

  • I certainly do not know how to pronounce

DrizzetDudden - but I do know I liked this interpretation by David Keith JONES,including the pronouciation.I suppose you can please some of the people some of the time etc.

  • Thanks for your perceptive comments. I used British-English 'Received' Pronunciation where 'Lover' can sound like 'Lava'. An American might say 'Luhvuhr' and a Scotsman roll the 'r' even more - all equally valid. 'Man' can be 'men' in upper-class English, 'mahn' in Wales and 'mon' in Scotland. American can sound 'me-an'. This is a fascinating topic - I wonder how Shakespeare spoke!
