Pachamanca, proviene de la unión de dos vocablos quechuas. "Pacha", que significa Tierra y "Manca" que significa olla, es decir, "Lugar en donde la tierra se convierte en olla". Disfrute de esta exquisita receta andina con un delicioso filete de Avestruz, la carne más baja en grasa y colesterol del mundo...
