  • You need to give the traction control more time to do its magic!

Also did you have the centre diff locked?

If its not locked and you have no t/c you have a one wheel drive Land rover.

Its not much of a challenge for a Land rover defender!

  • What tyres do you have on the Landy? I had similar problems with my Bridgestone Dueler tyres, they were terrible in the snow and ice, so I changed them to General Grabber AT2 and now have no problems.

  • also put a bit off brakes on to slow spining wheel down so drive goes to other wheel

  • DIFFLOCK!!!

or keep ya footdown and WAIT for the T\C to work

  • try bfgoodrich mud terrains mine pisses on anything thrown at it with them on

  • try the diff locks mate

  • Hmmmm something wrong there then if one of those got stuck !!! Mine never get stuck in snow!
