impressive that you taught yourself :) take your time its a beautiful bhajan and i like your twist to the song... even tho your "just practicing" try practicing with a bit more feeling it usually helps you grasp the essence of the song dont just sing from your mouth sing as if you enjoy it :) you have a nice raw voice.

hey did you teach yourself to play harmonium or did you have a teacher....I've been trying to learn on my own, and its difficult. Any suggestions or tips?

yes i taught myself. i am no expert, but as for suggestions...i would start out mastering the C scale, once you develop an ear for the music and get comfortable with the proper fingering, then master every other scale (simply going up and down each one, over and over again). I found that the C# scale is most useful, and most people sing there. Most songs usually stay within a scale/ base of a scale, for the most part. Also play with music, match notes, and master simple songs first
