Planets, galaxies and stars.
We would see the planets closest to ours, which would look as bright as all the stars in our solar system. We also see lots of really far away galaxies. To find out exactly what you're looking at, you'd need a telescope or a map of the night's sky.

i think you only did 78 light years, u needed to multiply times 78 billion, so that makes it = 737.931 Sexillion kms (458.267 sexillion miles), or however u spell/say that.

lol that would be great! but the current technology is not advanced enough to do so...
Already it is extremely hard to spot Jupiter sized planets around other stars not that far from us in our own galaxy so imagine in others...
