Both are pretty damn good. The only differences I notice is the language of the lyrics and some of the instruments & beats used.

This one is nice, I will admit, but I much prefer the instrumentals of Namie's. Could care less if it were Japanese tbqh.

Both versions are great, I love this one it's so upbeat and sad at the same time. I like international version especially when it's gender bent. It sounds awesome like that.
Now, I think if you're going to bash this version or constantly spam "the japanese is better" or something to that effect, please take your weeabo pms else where.
