A 16 year old boy doing four good reps of just over 100 pounds
I know the technique isent good
but i am working on that
so please dont put hate mail
Put ideas on how i could improve :)

  • Dude. You need a chest. Strong arms, but no chest whatsoever. I don't think you could bench that 100lbs....

  • do you workout with this or just for video if u do go lighter its better to do proply lighter than not proply heavy
