i love this scene! kaoru crying made me cry. and personally i prefer kaoru over tomoe. never did like tomoe much, sorry... can't decide on who should've been you know, his soul mate though, as much as i like kaoru...

this is one of the best scenes in anime

They played this in the last episode of the Wandering Samurai series.. you know, at the very end of the Shishio arc when Kenshin is back home and reflecting on what happened to everyone and how happy he is to be home. :) I don't remember what episode number that is, though.

best scene in the anime. one of the greatest scenes ever! they couldn't have chosen better music to support all the emotion happening there. just beautiful.
