@freijaful yea i think that slugout is usually just due to lack of sparring/ actual fighting and not getting enough time to transfer what you do with the pads to a moving target that hits back. what martial arts do you do btw?

@freijaful i'll take that as a compliment, because at the time of this fight 80% of my training olympic style judo =)

@trinidadam i guess the only thing i can suggest is that they spend more time revising their technique so that it can become second nature to them.

@trinidadam yeah i do martial arts too. the thing is, i see this happen alot, when two fighters square off in the ring all martial arts training just go out the window. It just becomes a slug out. I highly doubt the way they fight is the way they were trained.

@trinidadam kinda hard to suggest anything, because at the end of the day, its all on the fighters. All martial arts go out the window when they enter the ring. Cant blame the teachers really.
