i just got a Shakespeare Axiom and its got a magnetic cast control. i did just as you did in your video but wen i tighten the cast control knob to its tightest and hit the button the bait still falls. What am i doing wrong?

@MrSnipe4hire If it's brand new then it might be missing a part that's inside the the cast control knob. It's hard to tell without looking at it. Take it back to the store and replace it or take it to a tackle shop and have someone take a look at it.

@flukemstr i found the piece. it was two discs that fell out wen i dropped the knob.
