I played it by ear, so I didn't have the notes. I just played it and wrote down what I played:

Left hand:

D-A-D-F#, E-B-E-G#, A-E-A-C#

Right hand:

E-D-F#-G#, C#-B-D-E, B-A-C#-E-A

The first chord is meant to be a B minor not D major.
