Crystal L. Kendrick, President of The Voice of Your Customer, hosted a Lunch and Learn Session, Managing Your eBrand, at the University of Cincinnati - Clermont Campus on 4 February 2009. Crystal outlined e-branding strategies she uses to secure new clients, identify new vendors and understand emerging trends in business. Leveraging new tools and traditional marketing strategies, participants learned to create a competitive advantage for their small businesses in the world of global competition, social and professional networking sites and search engine optimization.

The Voice of Your Customer has been recognized for accomplishments in business by the Small Business Administration, the Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce, the South Central Ohio Minority Supplier Development Council, Womens Business Enterprise Council Southeast, and the Public Relations Society of America Cincinnati Chapter.
