Why would you think its a spoof? With the more visual technology becomes, the more there is a need to allow for visually impaired people to be able to use the phone!!

My grandma could NEVER learn how to dial out on my phone, but I am with her a LOT. If anything EVER happened to me, it would be VERY easy for her to call 911 if she needed to.

This is a great app.. and google's android couldnt even ccome CLOSE to the simplicity of this app!
