Internet s'ha sofisticat. El sector empresarial a internet és extremadament competitiu i, si bé ha propiciat el negoci a través de la xarxa, també l'ha fet més variable. Per això és important subratllar la capacitació en noves tecnologies que ha de tenir l'empresa i la optimització de la recerca, bo i diversificant la visibilitat de la marca.

- "Nowadays, the Internet sector is extremely competitive and has high-skilled people behind. Ten years ago, good ideas and brilliant people were enough. But things have changed. The sector is much more sophisticated. Accordingly, Intercom has added on-going training and support in new technologies in its portfolio."
- "Internet behavior changes very quickly, so entrepreneurs have to adapt their business proposals at the same path. The use of social networks underlines that nowadays it is not so easy to identify big opportunities but at the same time there are more ways for entrepreneurs to earn a living from the Internet."
