  • your timing sucks and i can't see what notes your playing.

    also the tone is horrible

    cheers boysie

  • hi,

no problem i am a beginner.

    the notes are e-f-g-a-b-c-d-e

check out the the exercise sheet in the dicription box.

  • tsssk. *sigh

you couldn't even get the right timing with the metronome. sorry. no offense.

  • hi. iam still working on my timing every day.

only with work and practice i will get better.

    so kind regards

    david

  • Hello David

I have viewed several of your videos and I think you are doing a marvelous job with your "daily log" concept.

If I were your bass teacher, however, I would recommend you play just one note in time many times over (for about a minute) before attempting to play many notes many times over.

    I wish you groovy progress!

    George

  • hi george, thanks for your feedback.

i taped this video like all my last videos. check out bass lessons and just do it and try to keep the timing. iam not repeating it over and over and upload a video when i think oh yeah this is my best.

so take care and pls keep on to send me some good advise.

  • hnnnnn why not!!! good lesson!!

  • 1 finger per fret rule buddy. you can see his fingers moving....you should know the notes. plus at the beginning of the video it says the notes. plus it's the 3rd mode of the C major scale. you should know there are no sharps of flats in that scale(same as A minor) thus C through C. but here starting on E. no sharps or flats...do you know the musical alphabet?

  • hey people leave the guy alone he said he's only a beginner, everybody starts somewhere. Don't worry David, keep practicing. I know everybody says that, but listen to this. Hungarian proverb # 1: How you practice is how you play.

If you don't practice often or consistently, you wont play well.

    Cheers!
