Somethings in the CC are not actually supported by the Bible. But one thing to mention is that nothing we do contridicts the Bible. One thing to point out about things not being in the Bible,when Protestants create churches based on ONLY the Bible, they are leaving out things.Christianity is older than the Bible,the only Christian faith that existed for 1500 years is the Catholic church. We're the original,unchanged Christians. What we do that's not in the Bible,we got orally from Jesus/Apostles

To those who are about to dislike: Probably you think that our catholic faith is too complex or perhaps that its more traditional than scriptural. Well all these traditions that we have come from scripture; the sacraments, Mass, pleading intercession to Mary and the saints and even purgatory. Look, ask the holy spirit for light and understanding when reading the bible and you'll see so for yourself. Our faith may feel complex at 1st but with God's grace and help your life will be well ordered.

God's mercy is infinitely greater than our worst sin, and we can never outsin His grace. I fell away from His Church for many years and finally came back a few years ago. I never knew how difficult it would be to truly live my Catholic faith. However, I never knew how much joy and peace I would find when I finally decided to leave the world behind and completely turn my life over to Jesus Christ. Although I still fall regularly, He will always be there to pick me up...and bring me home!!!
