Finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) simulation of two dielectric waveguide structures. The one with the left redirects the incoming wave in the opposite direction whereas the second one translate the propagation to another waveguide. Total internal reflection phenomena take place at the diagonal interfaces. The dielectric permittivity of the waveguide is 2.56 and air is the ambient medium.
