this is the FOURTH time i have watched this video today, and my mouth was watering the whole time, then i remembered i had just bought some pure peppermint extract, so you know what i did! it was really SO good, i cant say how good all of your recipes are, and i have nearly made all the things you posted! You are a pastry goddess!! I have a question though, the buttercream is amazing, but lately when ive been making it it has become very stiff/sturdy, instead of fluffy and creamy. any solutions?

@1JadArdat1 hmmmm, perhaps its colder in your kitchen now? That is what happens ot us, as literally when the weather changes so do soome of our techniques. Soften your butter just a bit more? Mix is out a little longer? Those would be my first suggestions without knowing (or seeing ) really what is happening for you.
