This is a shot of my neighbor violating a restraining order. She used my driveway to turn around. The police saw this and said that my driveway was "public property". Everyone who's seen this said she should have been put in jail. What do you think?

  • That was a year ago, and last week, she did it again. (for the first time to my knowledge). The police still say that my driveway is considered "public property", and that anyone has the right to use it to turn around.

  • This is why everybody hates america. Sitting around playing video games, waiting to sue each other. Go read a book, go to the gym, get some counseling...Get healthy. This is retarded.

  • This is why everyone hates America??...WHAT? And you're sitting around looking at YouTube?? Why don't YOU go read a book, or go to the gym, or get some counseling. LOL. By the way, she got put in jail for 3 days because of this video I'm proud that I caught it on film. You don't even know the whole story.....retard.

  • If she has a restraining order against her she should have used someone else's public driveway to turn around on. Restraining orders usually (almost all the time) is in effect in public as well as private areas. Doesn not matter where. That lady has no business being anywhere near the uploader. I would be making inquiries to the court.

  • @VHEASY5150 Typical american response just repeat what he said then add retard well done to you.

  • @m109r67 Your statement should read, "Not everyone hates America.." You need to learn to articulate your arguements better. Good luck travelling anywhere in North Africa right now if you believe no one hates America. Egypt, Lybia, Iran, Sudan, and now ISREAL is sick of us because of the oppressive regimes AMERICA financed and put in place. Please do your research. If people are still fired up about something I said 3 years ago, then I'm saying the right things.

  • @itowedin Everybody don't hate America,,Every other country tries to be like America,You dope.

  • @VHEASY5150 so whats the full story here? I guess there must be a good reason she has a restraining order in the first place, right? cos at the moment you seem like you're overreacting, I don't expect people to go to jail cos they turned around in someones driveway... ?

  • Where is the cities easement now much does the city control from the road way. What does your restraining order say. How close can the neighbor get to you and/or your property. 500 ft 200 ft or can they be as close as the property line. It is all in the details.

  • If the end of the driveway is street allowance..the police were right. If your property line is at the curb..you are right..chances are the police are right..sorry. What are the tems of the restraining order? is there a minimum distance that she must keep from you?

  • Thank you for your courage in confronting this threat to the community safety. You're lucky you found a judge who recognized the danger posed by unlawful driveway usage. Hopefully, when you've had a few more years practice on your video game, you'll be able to have a career in law enforcement. Then you'll be able to change the way the police deal with this sort of criminal behavior.
