all of us here when we come up to the age of adolescence, isn't it really when we start suffering but also seeing the truth..i remember...i had thoughts...i started fighting for morals..this is right tis is wrong.....why?? i think its just because we start seeing the world for ourselves and some of the believes of our parents teachings dont match with what we are seeing!!!
( or maybe its just me..dunno..tell me)

dam', I can relate to this guy

He hated how he looked? He looks like an average good looking white guy haha

I like it a lot but I don't agree with the biggest point he makes: Life is ALL ABOUT CHOICES AND DECISION, everything that happened as it had to happen, is chosen for by the person who's experiencing it in order to..well experience, and grow!
We draw every event, experience, person and situation into our life so we can decide in every single moment who and what we are in relation to that.

Really didnt enjoy this video at all, ive never really resonated with Jeff, tbh I didnt think iain McNay did either... I watched his responses and McNay definitely did not seem to connect as much to Jeff as other people on his sessions. I really love him and his wife even though ive never met them I love their questions and their presence... Jeff has never resonated... never enjoyed what he said. I love the emptiness teachings and all of it but the way Jeff says it seems rehearsed

he's talking about the absolute presence on the NOW. it seems fun. life becomes a great playground where one just receives what comes now and play with it now and then it goes away and becomes past and so it doesn't exist anymore and then something else comes and there's another play. to care about future only cause distress. unless it's a play too... like dreaming about something and feeling good about it, without bothering if it will happen on the NOW or not. just for the fun!
It all goes wrong when there's the analysis of the future, the spontaneity is broken up and the suffering and misery come from the thoughts, but without that life just spins along with the surrender! The nothingness is the opposite of control.
