The problem is completely with Government. They don't care if anyone is injured and permanently disabled. The system is set up to deny compensation so a person is forced onto welfare. Have you ever wondered why so many thousands are on welfare after they get disabled from work? You have to fght government directly on this. It's a waste of time fighting WCB because they are protected from prosecution for fraud, torture, and murder by these two pieces of legislation. They know it.

Yes. All he does is regurgitate misinformation and outright lies and frauds. Maybe when injured workers realize the main and only problem we have is discrimination then we could get somewhere with changing WCB. The whole pont of WCB operating the way they do is because our country has gone Fascist by removing a citizens rights under the law. If I could get in court the whole system would collapse. WCB legislation is the culprit and so is the Canada Health Act.

How about when a person is not told of all his injuries, goes back to work, then the emploer receives a letter from comp the next day stating 'Recent evidence on file states Mr. Palmer is totally disabled from employment." It goes on to say arrangements were being made to send me to Toronto for therapy. This document was withheld from me by my employer, and no copy was sent to me by WSIB. When I quit to see my doctor they slandered me by saying I drank at work and left for another job. Lies..

Right to Refuse is a joke. It might work in the corporate world but for Joe Average it's a no win situation. If you refuse who do you think will be the frst to be laid off and the last to be promoted.?
