@PeaceLoveHarmonyist Grabbing a breast can considered sexual assault. I know a guy that was charged with rape for grabbing a girl's behind!!! If your boss were to grab your breast, it would be considered sexual harassment. It's whatever the law wants to make it out to be based on the situation and individual being unwillingly touched.

@PeaceLoveHarmonyist I failed to say that he grabbed at her private area. The punk thought his size protected him from the girls boyfriend. The punk recovered somewhat and is now a middleaged man. He seems to have grown up and is now ok. I won't have anything to do with him but he works and supports his family. The same would have been true of Josie. This is my last post concerning this matter. Bye.

@PeaceLoveHarmonyist He was somewhat older than Josie. The guy was bigger than his assailant and the guy was sexually assaulting a girl. Josie was running her mouth in mean low diwn way. A good hard smack across her face would have solved her problem.

When I was in highschool something kind of similar happened. A tall dumbass guy was saying shit to a girl in front of her shorter boyfriend. The tall guy pinched her breast and asked her for some pussy whereupon the shorter guy stabbed him repeatedly in the stomach. He didn't die but hh lost his spleen. I personally wouldn't have cared if in this case the asshole had died and gone to hell. However in Josies case being a girl Treacy overreacted.

@PeaceLoveHarmonyist He did't bring a gun or a knife to kill her because he preferred to kick and stomp this small girl to death with his steel toed boots. Yes he did mean to kill her because he repeatedly kicked her in the head while she was on the ground unconscience. He got on his cell phone and told some friend he was going to prison because he had killed someone.
