Do you have to have special license to drive a horse in town if your under 16 years old?

Hi! I am not sure about a license, I never heard of that, but you should put reflectors on your vehicle and a triangle sign on the back that says slow moving vehicle.

You can try Ozark Mountain and or Kay Jay farms for tack. Also do a google search for lilbeginnings. They have a free sale board and have a section just for tack. Good Luck!
