Meanwhile, Harry summons up the courage to ask new police recruit Janice out on a real date; and Sally becomes convinced that Alissa is preparing to dump Tommy.

No offense to the great 3rdWorldRckr (who gave us all this), but I don't think that's exactly accurate. It's more like "The supreme commander's marriage is on the rocks and he's looking for a pal to make time with, to enjoy the single life. Meanwhile, Vicki is looking to rekindle an old flame."
